Matching resumes and identifying the most relevant profiles can be done by:
- Matching with Job Description
A detailed job description is necessary to give the best results. It is suggested to not use the Job description mentioned in the advertisement and instead paste the detailed job description in the Job Description overlay. Match will not show proper results in case only the essentials like education and experience details are mentioned. Good matching necessitates a detailed Job Description where the roles and responsibilities need to be specified. The more elaborated the Job Description, the better are the match results.
- Matching with Reference Profile
In case a detailed Job Description is not available, then user may match resumes against reference profile. Resume to Resume match is more comprehensive and gives better results than matching with a Job Description.
A lot of candidates on the lookout for a job send their application seeking candidature for any suitable position (apart from the ones advertised for) in the organization.
